Gentle-hearted, helpful staff. Owner went out of her way to assist. Tasty, reasonably priced food. Prompt hot water and great water pressure. Comfortable bed, clean room, included breakfast. Central location, friendly staff.

Loved the clean rooms and the friendly staff. The hot water comes quickly in the shower, which was a lifesaver during our trip. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the main park and a public transit stop nearby.

Sadly, the noise in the mornings is unbearable. The street noise and loud music from the neighboring building are too much to handle.

My xmas stay at this hotel was great. I loved the clean and cozy rooms. the hot water in the shower was perfect and the wifi connection worked fine. the hotel's location was very convenient, only a few blocks away from the main plaza, where I enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations and atmosphere. there was a 24-hour convenience store just across the street and a good restaurant downstairs where I had delicious meals.

There was a church next door that rang its bells every ten minutes or so, starting early in the morning, which was pretty annoying.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect as it was pretty close to the center and there was easy access to transportation. The breakfast that was included in the stay was tasty and filling.

We stayed at a nice little hotel with mid-century modern charm, within walking distance of the Zocalo and a beautiful church. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hot water and comfortable beds made for a great stay. the breakfasts were also tasty and included in the affordable price.

The hotel's morning noise levels could be problematic for light sleepers due to street noise and church bells.
